Rethinking
how and where
breast radiotherapy
can be delivered

    • Supports improved patient outcomes and tissue preservation

    • Radiobiological & Clinical Benefits

    • Distributed entrance and exit dose avoid hot spots

    • Lower mean dose to non-target breast tissue

    • Reduced acute radiation dermatitis

    • Reduced long-term fibrosis and improved cosmetic outcomes

    • Allows for installation in standard clinical environments or any health center setting.

    • No vault required, increasing access and reducing facility cost and complexity for costly bunkers

  • The LINAC rotates parallel to the patient. This allows for delivery of optimized non-invasive accelerated partial breast, true intensity-modulated treatment plans, multi-target techniques, and radiosurgery of the breast.

No vault, bunker, or major construction required.

The MAMMOKNIFE is a dedicated breast radiotherapy platform designed to improve clinical precision, patient comfort, and treatment workflow. Its self-shielded, compact design allows installation in standard clinical environments.

By treating patients in the prone position, MAMMOKNIFE isolates the breast from surrounding organs and reduces radiation exposure to the heart and lungs supporting improved outcomes and patient safety while enabling a more comfortable treatment experience.

The 6-MV Linear accelerator is the standard for whole or partial breast irradiation with boost and can be used for stereotactic surgery. It is compatible with most treatment planning systems and uses existing CPT codes for reimbursement.

How MAMMOKNIFE works

A futuristic medical device in a clean, white clinical setting, with a healthcare worker wearing scrubs and a face mask working in the background.

Rotational LINAC

The system integrates targeted radiation delivery within a shielded environment, enabling precision therapy under imaging guidance.

Reduced Skin Toxicity

The breast is positioned prone, allowing the treatment beam to travel parallel to the chest wall.

Self-Shielded

Only the breast is exposed within the radiation field, avoiding dose to the heart, lungs, and surrounding structures.
